If the product is not accepted at the time of delivery due to the poor condition of the parcel which may torn or a damaged product reaching you, a replacement will be provided to you for the same items. Once the delivery is accepted, there will be no replacements or cancellations. In some cases, a refund may be processed depending upon the facts and circumstances basis each case and the final decision rests with the management.
